TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Cullen Car Parts gives a 5 working day exchange on used car part(s).



• Returned part(s) must be accompanied by a receipt and may be subject to inspection



• Cullen Car Parts 5 working day exchange only covers faults on mechanical or electronic parts. Items such as body panels, glass or wheels must be inspected by the customer at time of purchase as these items cannot be returned.



• Cash refunds will only be given when:
      1.  faulty part(s) is returned within the exchange period
      2.  replacement part(s) cannot be sourced by Cullen Car Parts within the exchange period
      3.  part(s) is returned in identical condition from time of sale



• Incorrectly ordered/unwanted part(s) cannot be returned under any circumstances



• Where deposits are concerned the customer must collect the part(s) within 1 week from date of payment of deposit.



• No refunds on deposits

     No Exceptions
